The Lake
Of course Lake Elsinore itself is one of the biggest attractions that we have! It’s the largest freshwater lake in Southern California and is completely natural. It spans 3,000 surface acres and even has 14 miles of beautiful shorelines for visitors to enjoy. For those who enjoy spending a day at the beach, this is by far the perfect spot. However, for those who like to have a bit of fun, there’s much you can do on the water, including: wake boarding, jet skiing, motor boating, fishing, and kayaking.
After you’re done enjoying the water, take a break in the picnic areas where you can enjoy a bite to eat with an incredible view. To make the lake even more accessible, there is parking near all of the beaches so you won’t have to carry your things far. Surrounding the lake there’s a lot to do as well, including a 3-mile levee for hiking and nature watching. During the winter there’s a tournament channel near the area that hosts competitions as well as professional training.
